PURPOSE of RESEACH: imcrease of life quality, achieve regress and/or delay of heart disease progression, decrease of frequency of recidives of myocardial infarctions, mortality in patients following acute myocardial infarction. METHODS of RESEARCH: clinical, biochemical, bibliographic, statistical. RESULTS: decrease of frequency total and cardiovascular death, recidives of myocardial infarction, total number of death and hospitalizations. NOVELTY: definition of life quality, heart failure progression, freqency of recidives of myocardial infarctions, mortality in patients with heart failure following acute myocardial infarction in randomized multicenter double-blind placebo-controlled study. EFFICIENCY: decreasing of frequency total and cardiovascular death at 15.7 % and 17,1 %, recidives of myocardial infarction - at 13,9 %, total number of death and hospitalizations - at 8,2 %.
