Gorky popup.description2 Purpose: to develop a complex of medical rehabilitation programms, based on the integration of microsurgical and up-to-date orthopaedotraumatological ways and pathogenic conservative therapy for the improvement of anatomical, functional and expert results. Methods of study: informational, statistical, clinical, X-ray, elec-trophysiological, biochemical and immunological. Attached to study of structure and peculiarities of heavy open finitenesses damages is established essential dominance among victim males of young and middle age, occupied in basic industry branches (39,5%). It was discovered that the dominative role in the ethiology of severe open trauma belongs to the damage agents that are charachterized by the high energy influences (68,8%). The developed classification of open complicated limbs damage allowed the differential pathway to the chose of tactics and the volume of surgical interference. The analyses of biochemical, immunological and morphological investigations allowed to develop the complex of pathogenetically grounded therapy with the combination of contemporary rational surgical methods. The ways of optimization of medical rehabilitation ways based on the performed investigations and revealed changes were devel-oped. Subject are guard-capacity.
