Gorky popup.description2 Purpose: to carry out clinico-roentgenologic, immunologic and biochemical (mineral homeostasis) evaluation of the development of pathologic process in Perthes disease for elaborating diagnosis and conservative treatment. Methods: informative, clinical, roentgenological, biochemical, immunological, cytogenetic, immunocytogenetic. Results and novelty: the study of the immune state of children's with Perthes disease demonstrates a high level of non-specific immunity activation which causes an increase in the cytokine (IL-8, TNF) level. Their immunobilogic activity determines development of both synovial inflammation and pathologic changes in cartilaginous and bone tissue. The immunogenetic results demonstrate formation of immunodeficiency of the T-cell type, i.e., the development of this disease occurs in discrepancy of non-specific and immunity T-system activities. The analysis of our study results allowed us to elaborate the way of optimizing diagnostic methods and treatment of this disease. Significance and conclusion; determination of the cytokines (IL-8, TNF) level and immunity T-system activity in the blood can be used in the prognosis of the pathologic process course in the hip joint.
