The bron-chologycal methods of diagnostics of ARF are shown in this work, which give an opportunity to define the inflammatory changes' level in the tracheobronchial tree and degree of depression of specific and non-specific mechanisms of organs' de-fenses of respiration organs. The method of anti-inflammatory and immunomodula-tion therapy which was worked out and included into to the clinic practice was di-rected to the correction of anti-infections depressions and immunity reaction of res-piratory system. The use of this method gives the opportunity to lower the mortality in patients with TII and ARF by 12,0% and 12,3%, duration of treatment by 2,0 and 2,6 days accordingly. Preparation "Моlоzin" is received in laboratory. Which basis are sIgA.
