The purpose of work - to develop scientific principles of restoration of contact switching devices by methods of powder metallurgy and electrospark doring, which allow to reduce or completely to exclude expenses of contact materials on the basis of silver while in service and with repair of switching devices by a pressure(voltage) up to 1000V, which are used in an electric equipment of cattle-breeding farms and complexes. The methods of researches - During realization of researches were used known and developed determined and probabilistic mathematical and physical models of contact devices. The experimental data were processed with the help of the computer with use of methods of mathematical statistics and theory of probabilities. As a result of scientific researches the functional dependences of size of electrical erosion are established, of parameters of reliability the quality of contact and the reasonable type of a contact material, parity(ratio) of ingredients in it(him), requirement to technology of drawing of an electrospark covering is scientific depending on sphere of use of contact unit (branches of agrarian sector, including animal industries) of electrical devices by a pressure (voltage) up to 1000V and rated current up to 250А. On the basis of microstructural researches is scientific the technological parameters of process of drawing of coverings are reasonable with restoration of contacts of electrical devices by a pressure(voltage) up to 1000 In with use electrospark alloying. The developed constructional materials are introduced in the Medshiboshskom ripair-transport enterprise, Kiev ripair-operational depot № 1 and repair shops of Kiev.
