The aim of the work is automatized fulfilling of organized-management activity in the sphere of fast ensuring of the manufactured enterprises, which produce agricultural machinery with users on the national level. The object of automation is the State department of agricultural machine building in the Ministry of the Industrial policy of Ukraine. Information-anayitical complex of agricultural machine building enterprises is the modern automatized system of processing the information, which consists of the complex, where there are automatized places and the Web--site in the Internet "Nhe agricultural machinery and the reserve parts". It have been made such works: 1) It was worked out the technical tasks and the technical project of both: the IAC and the Web-site; 2) It was gathered and systematized the information about the goods of 31 enterhrises of the agricultural machine building; 3) In was worked out the specialized program providers of the IAC and the Web-sites; 4) It was inculcated the experimental model on the base of "Technoprom" for making experimental operating. All of this allow to inculcate more wider the co-operation between the branches and to minimize the expenditures for producing the output.
