Structural and functional diagrams of blocks of standard feedbacks and adjustment of autooscillation-and-slipping elimination system inputs are worked out. Absolute stability of electromechanical systems with negative viscous friction (NVF EMS) and standard feedbacks is studied. NVF EMS state regulators (modal and optimal linear-square-law ones) are developed, neural-network-based and fuzzy-regulator-based control structures suggested. Stability of NVF EMS with the state regulators is studied. Tools for indirect measurement of NVF EMS coordinates - observers required for frictional autooscillation damping systems implementation - are developed and researched. Theoretical heuristics are experimentally verified via both computer simulations and laboratory setup of Magdeburg University (Germany). Breadboarding of hardware and software implementation of the developed regulators and observers is made on the basis of current microprocessor-based hardware.
