The computer program for development of the financial plan of the state enterprises is created, recommendations for drawing up of financial plans are developed, criteria of an estimation of their drawing up are determined, offers for Department financial and a tax policy and Department of personnel selection and a science on the organization of work on financial planning the state enterprises are prepared.
