Investigation methods: chemical, chromatographic, spectrophotometric and photocolorimetric ones. The objective of this development is to assemble a mobile pilot unit at its output ca. 100 dm3 of purified water per an hour in order to apply it for working out the two-stage purification of the river water by coagulation using different coagulants (the volumetric one with the following settling in the vertical settler and the contacting one using either a rapid filter or a contacting settler) as well as a deep extra purification of water using the biosorption filter filled by activated carbon. The major results of work are as follows: the technology of two-stage purification (volumetric and contacting) of the river water by coagulation during of a cold period when the coagulation purification with the following settling comes to pass extremely slowly has been worked out under the lab-scale conditions; the draft construction documentation has been accomplished, and the mobile pilot unit at its output ca. 100 dm3 of purified water per an hour aimed at working out of the technology given has been assembled.
