According to contract № 26-02/19 PR of 01 March "Development of Nomenclature of Building Products and Explanations to it" in March-April (stage I) a draft Nomenclature of building products (final version) was designed. In particular the first version of NPB was finished with Customer's needs taken into account; the number of units of measurement in NPB was determined; a draft NPB (final version) was coordinated with the Customer. In May-June (stage II) the final version of NPB was designed, in particular conversion keys were developed between NPB and the Classifier of Basic Funds (KOF) as well as between NPB and State Classifier of Products and Services (DKPP). Regulations and definitions for the classification were developed. A draft NPB (final version) was sent to Derzhkomstat divisions for coordination. In July-September (stage III) the final version of NPB was elaborated. In particular the division's remarks on a draft final version were accumulated. A draft NPB (final version) was finished considering remarks and propositions. Divisions of Derzhkomstat approved the final version of NPB. Nomenclature of building production was adopted by Order № 321 of 30 August 2002. It is a branch statistical classification.
