The etiological agent of Reiter's disease in 65 % patients was Chlamydia trachomatis, in 10 % - Ureaplasma urealitycum, and in 25 % patients was mixt chlamidial-ureaplasmal infection. The results of researching of clinic and epidemiology of 48 patients with genital herpes and new method of treatment of herpes infection are established. In 10,7% patients the genital herpes was asymptomatic. In 50 % patients the genital herpes was associated with other venereal infections. The new method of treatment of genital herpes by using groprinosin and aciclovir was established. The results of researching of psychosexual disorders in 61 patients with chronical urogenital chlamydiosis and ureaplasmosis are established.
