It was devoted to designing: a) the data base and output information structure on the basis of building permit and design indicators of buildings and constructions based on the building permit observation data (form № 1-bud); b) the system of indicators of putting projects and capacities into operation based on observation data on putting buildings and constructions into operation (form № 2-bud); c) the structure and the state of incomplete buildings and constructions (form № 2-bud); d) formulation of a problem on the integrated data processing, concerning accounting of buildings and constructions by project (form № 2-bud). Transition to the new form of accounting in construction, creation of its methodological basis and complete information allow to control the state of definite buildings and constructions from the beginning to the end of construction.
