Transmission of television blocks Ukrainian Television-1 of National Television Company of Ukraine. 3.Conducting of regulation works on Up-link. Testing transmission of channel Ukrainian Television-1 was conducted on 9 July, 2002 from 12.00 p.m. to 18.00 p.m. Television signal of telechanel "Yamal-inform" was also received (Salehard, Russia). Television blocks of National Television Company of Ukraine were transmitted from 24 August, 2002 to 31 March, 2003 in accordance with schedule approved by National Television Company of Ukraine. As a result of scientific research work performance initial data were determined for development of Methodology of calculation of quality of Up-link signal distribution figures with using satellite of "Express" type. Above work is technical document, which is intended for forecasting throughcalculation of parameters level of receiving television signals parameters during exploitation. These TV signals transmitted from Up-link, which belongs to SE "Ukrspace" through telecommunication satellites "Express" in digital format DVB-S/MPEG-2.
