The subject of the research: - the level of social protectiveness for high school graduates in the current conditions of the labour market as well as factors and mechanisms of its formation. The purpose: developing of some social technology increasing the social protectiveness level for Forestry and Wood Technology high school graduates in the current conditions of the labour market. The results of the researching work: - some knowledge about the priority values system of the graduates orientation in specific conditions of establishing the Ukrainian labour market and about factors having influence on the process of professional selfdefining in the final stage of the training; - some technology of the specialists training programs updating; - some technology of labour searching, selfadvertising, employing and adaptation to working; - potential employers data base; - students' social service regulations in the USUFWT; - training program "Graduates adaptation course"; - training plans and programs for specialties adjacent to the forestry and wood technology.
