The aim of the investigation: to obtain new data on the mechanism of radiative defect formation while the laminated structures interact with high-energy particles. To study radiative defect influence on radiative modification of physical properties of laminated structures, elements and integral schemes of mean degree integration, the increase of their reliability and radiative resistance; to elaborate theoretical foundations for radiative monitoring the environment based on the geoinformative modeling of the area under investigation, to determine general construction principles of territory radiative monitoring. The research methods and equipment: accelerators of charged particles, the method of electronography, an optical and raster-type microscopy, standard methods of measuring parameters and integral scheme characteristics; methods of the system analysis, imitative and mathematical modeling, statistical analysis et al. As a result of this SRW performed we have obtained such main results as follows: the physical and mathematical models for distribution profile formation of secondary particles in metals, dielectrics and semiconductors have been worked out; the effects following the laminated structure formation processes have been investigated; on the basis of a dielectric layer spectroscopy, we have shown that new optical absorption bands, intensity drop and their shift were due to dielectric structurization, polymer chain fraction formation and chemical reaction products formed in the interaction of metallic plasma particles with thermoplastic polymer films; we have shown that in the near-surface layers the new phases resulting in mechanical stress, amorphism and polycrystallinity occured. The experimental research and theoretical analysis of capabilities of material radiative modification have shown that by changing the energy of impurity penetrating ions in the process of bombarding, it was possible to control the profile and form of the ions used that considerably effected electrophysical properties of material have been carried out; technological ways, methods and production technology of laminated structures, integral schemes of integration mean degree, using accelerated particles flows have been studied; new formation methods of laminated structures with predetermined properties have been worked out; electroradiation technology for Hall transducer production eliminating edge effect influence has been proposed; the production technology of radiation-resistant microschemes, using the methods of ionic alloyage has been elaborated. The generalized model of territory radiativemonotoring as an inseparable constituent of controlling the socio-ecologic-economic territory system has been created; conceptual foundations for identification, diagnostics and prediction of radiative situation, radiative state and radiative surroundings of the area have been worked out; the generalized structure of providing with information on the environmental radiative monitoring has been elaborated; the generalized structure of the radiative monitoring system as a constituent of the informative - controlling system, methodology of geo-informative modeling of the area, mathematical models, methods and algorithms of integrated data processing in the radiative monitoring systems have been worked out.
