Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigation is atmospheric air, soils and plants in agricultural grounds of Ukrainian urbanized regions. The aim of the work are elaboration of the methodological means of quantitive analysis of elements composition of system's components "atmosphere-soil-plant" for the determination of different heavy metals toxic components for different plants and elaboration of recommendations on the growing of environmentally safe agricultural productions on polluted territories and methods of recovering of polluted agricultural grounds. The method of investigation is chemical-roentgen fluorescent analysis. The analysis of present condition of analytical methods has been held; these methods are used in the field of atmospheric air, soil and plants composition control. The choice and basis of the methods of analysis have been held; such analysis provides an implementation of present scientific research work in according with technical task. The analysis of present condition of methods, methodologiesand tools for representative selection of atmospheric air samples has been held and demands to the selection of air samples has been formulated, this demands provide a right assessment of an air environmental characteristics. The experimental field observation of heavy toxic metals content in atmospheric air, soil and plants has been held on two polygons in Kharkiv region. The methods of operational control of heavy metals content in the system's components have been elaborated on the basis of special measuring methodology. On the basis of imitational models of heavy metals migration in the system "atmosphere-soil-plant" the general trends and a set of quantitive characteristics have been determined of the heavy metals migration process in the system. The set of recommendations on providing of agrochemical and agrotechnical actions at agricultural grounds, that heavy metals polluted, directed on decreasing of these metals content in the soil cover and grown production. Practical application of elaborated methods is confirmed on solving of specific tasks of control of ecological conditions of environment.
