The purpose of the work is development of new methods in the complex analysis and algebra, application them in the functional analysis and theory of probabilities. During perfomance of work amoebae of holomorpic almost periodic functions are studied, measures on the group of characters of Kantor-Walsh are investigated, the family of semistructured decompositions of weaker separative semigroups is completely described, the properties of Lagrange semailgebras of algebras are received, the zero sets of the entire absolutely monotonous functions and indicators of multiple-positive functions are studied, the zero sets for pieces of power series are investigated, the class of generalized Bernstein polynomials is investigated. The obtained results are new, they were proved on seminars and conferences in Kharkov, Kiev, Lvov, Tel Aviv, Rehovote, Berlin, Szeged, Konstantz, Stockholm, Reykjavik.
