The basic results: The investigations of caffeine and actinocine derivative interaction in ion-hydrate environment was studied by method of molecular dynamics. The interaction of anthracycline antibiotics daunomycin and carminomycin with polynucleotides of various base compositions and secondary structures was investigated. The theoretical analysis of dynamics of complex formation actinocine antibiotic with DNA is carried out depending on a ratio of constants of two types of binding. The influence of hydration on kinetic of formation of two types of complexes DNA with ligands is appreciated. The mathematical model is offered which describes process of platelet aggregation in a shift flow in vitro with the account of the most probable way of packing of cells in the unit of the spherical form. The theoretical dependences of effective section of dispersion of particles are received at collisions from number of cells in the unit. On experimental data are designed: constants of formation of units at various temperatures, maximum quantity of plataletes in units and activation energy of process. The influence of tumour and irradiation on dielectric permittivity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the man was established. The dependences of dielectric permittivity of solutions of serum albumin, fibrinogen, plasma and serum of blood from temperature in an interval 0-70 оС are received at doses irradiation up to 100 Гр. The meanings hydration, activation energy of dipole relaxation of water molecules are designed; the revealed structural reorganizations of fibrinogen molecule, which are accompanied by change of activation energy. The features of radiating damage of haemoglobine molecules irradiated in complex with membrane and free condition was established. The binding constants and number of bindingsites of haemoglobine on a membrane under radiation action was received.
