Objectives of the work: 1. Elaboration of methods and means of concentration measurements of small admixtures of pollutants in atmosphere. 2. Fundamental investigation of rotational and rotation-vibration absorption spectra of dangerous molecules in microwave and infrared wavelength ranges. The automated radio spectrometer of the submillimeter wave range (122 - 360 GHz) was put in operation that have allowed a large amount of experimental investigations of rotational spectra of freon-11 (C35Cl3F, C37Cl3F, C35Cl237Cl F and C37Cl235Cl F) to be fulfilled. The sets of hamiltonian parameters for fitting rotational spectra of symmetrical and asymmetrical forms of CCl3F molecule were found. For CCl3F molecule tables of absorption line frequencies and intensities were obtained. On regular basis during 2000-2002 years the absorption spectra of CO2-laser radiation on water, ethylene, trichloroethylene, and ozone lines in atmospheric air along the path, which is situated above the center of Kharkov city, were recorded by means of CO2-lidar. A new method of fitting of CO2-lidar data with the aim of assignment of pollutant molecule and evaluation of its concentration was proposed. The results are of interest for molecular physics and can be used in calculations of long-term forecasts of ozone layer condition, global warming effect and also in elaboration of new means of atmosphere monitoring.
