A method is proposed for the particle investigation by means of the controlled motion of the particle and scheme for the implementation of such a motion under action of a driving light beam with angular momentum is calculated. A interference technique of the element analysis and the structure investigation of particles, placed on a flat substrate, is developed, which is based on the analysis of the characteristic X-ray luminescence angular dependence within the grazing-exit region.
