Gorky popup.description2 OBJECT OF RESEACH: neurons in the hypothalamus were studied in 33 cats. THE PURPOSE OF RESEACH:to investigate to investigation of functional remodelling of neuronal network of the preoptic/anterior hypothalamus , involved in water-salt equilibrium maintenance, which developed due to physiological shifts in Na+/osmotic homeostasis. THEORETICAL RESULTS AND NOVELTY: Responses of functionally identified identified (osmosensitive) neurons to wide range of adequate test-influences registered at normal conditions were compared with corresponding neuronal responses registered under conditions of opposite functional load on Na+/osmoregulatory system. It were distinguished two integral parameters characterising functional dynamics of neuronal network: general reactivity (relative number of responsive neurons) and inhibition index (ratio between numbers of primary inhibitory and excitatory responses). Two basic types of FD were singled out basing on comparison of these criteria in control and experimental groups: restrictive and activatory types. PRACTICAL RESULTS AND NOVELTY: the date obtained may be considered a basis for interpretation the pathogenesis of some diseases developed as a result of сortical areas injuries and mental diseases. SUBJECT AND DEGREE OF INTRODUCTION: new technical approaches; applied in studying some problems of the central and vegetative nervous system, to obtain new knowledge. SPHERE OF USE: neurophysiological laboratories, departments in higher school institutions. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
