METHODS OF RESEARCH: Medicolegal opening, microbiological research of bacterial iniculations from mucous respiratory way, endoscopic clinical, statistical and radiological researches. RECEIVED RESULTS: are specified some questions of pathogenesis of bronchoobturative syndrome at closed severe trauma of thoracic cage, questions treatment, prophilaxis of bronchoobturative syndrome developed,is offered method of restoration of biomechanism of respiration in victims with bronchoobturative syndrome.Terms of treatment are reduced lethality. NOVELTY: Questions of diagnostics are developed the scheme of treatment and prophylaxis of bronchoobturative syndrome is offered, the method of fixation of fractures of thoracic cage is developed. IT IS INTRODUSED: into work 1 and 2 of thoracical departments of DOKTMO. MAY BE INTRODUCED: resalts of the lead researchescan be introduced into work of traumatological, thoracical and surgical departments of regional and city hospitals. EFFICIENCY: as a resalt of developed tactics of the quality of patients with bronchoobturative syndrome is reduced to 6%, stay on a bed is redused to 5 bed-days, and lethality is reduced by 3 %.
