The base of the construction is a chamber, which has a form of cylinder, sides of which is the researched polymeric membrane. When a salt solution is going through there is an interaction of the solution components (water, ions) with the functional surface groups and, as a result, it leads to the polarization of the electrodes, which are situated on the entrance and on the exit of the cell. For calculation of the potential processing and lzeta-potential the construction of the plant foresees the measuring of the pressure, under which the solution is given and its size during some space of time.
