The purpose of work creation of theoretical and practical base for the analysis, synthesis and realizations intellectual adaptive control systems of complex multivariate objects which can function in conditions of the incomplete and indistinct information about parameters and a condition of object of control and to solve a number problems of optimization of control of such objects. In work the concept of the decision optimization problems of control in intellectual systems is submitted by the decision twostep tasks of optimization which is based on association of methods optimum program control and optimum stabilizing feedback control; techniques of synthesis optimal program of control and techniques of synthesis of structures intellectual adaptive control systems with a feedback on the basis of direct and inverse linguistic models of object of control and corresponding to them neural networks models; the structure and algorithms of functioning of such control systems which allow on the basis of the linguistic data received during the discrete moments of time to adapt for the current condition of object of control are developed and investigated and to create conditions for the decision of a task optimum stabilization outputs of object of control. On the basis of developed structure of intellectual control systems and algorithms of their work for concrete conditions of functioning of multivariate object of control and the decision in these conditions tasks of optimization, and also engineering techniques of synthesis of such control systems which are based on specialized software, are created on the basis of the aprioristic information about object of control direct and inverse linguistic models of multivariate object of control, and on their basis neural nrtworks direct and inverse models, linguistic and neural nrtworks structures of means for regulations, forecasting and carrying out search optimisation procedures.
