Were studied: central and periferal haemodinamic, pain thresholds and various aspects of pain sindrom, metabolism of tissues and oxidizing-restoration processes, indexes of inflammatory answer, psychoneurologyc state. Research results: Application of perftoran in medical treatment of patients in the critical states of different genesis improved the results of medical treatment, decreased lethality on 7-12%, improved quality of life in a remote period. The offered charts of intra- and postoperative analgesia decreased the term of hospitalization on 3-5 days, amount of postoperative complications on 15,3%. Novelty: It is set that perftoran at different ways of introduction (intravenously, intraintestinal) has positive influence on different systems at the critical states. Conducting is first set the role of glutamatical mechanisms in the origin of the CNS changes and state of hyperalgesia, value of inflammatory suprasegmental mechanisms in forming of pain syndromes. Service of medical treatment of sharp pain is created. Degree of introduction: in Ukraine: Dnipropetrovs'k, Donets'k, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia region. Intercommunication with other works: This work continues cathedral science research "Development of technology of the use of the no hemoglobin carrying of oxygen of perftoran at the critical states in the conditions of experiment and clinic". Practical recommendations: For defense of fabrics from the ischemic-reperfusion damages and improvement of oxygen-transport properties of blood at different critical states intravenous introduction of perftoran is expedient. Intra- and the postoperative anaesthetizing must be based on the mechanisms of origin of pain. Application domain: an anesthesiology is that intensive therapy, surgery, neurology. Conclusions: The use of perftoran in the complex of intensive therapy ofdifferent critical states (heart attack of myocardium, burn illness, sharp bleeding, damages of brain, sepsis) allows to decrease the amount of complications, lethality, term of hospitalization.
