The results in these groups were analyzed, algorythm of the treatment of patients with ACS and indications for an urgent angioplasty in patients with unstable stenocardia and with acute myocardial infarction were elaborated. The scheme of pharmacological treatment before, during and after angioplasty and stenting was developed and introduced.
