Noise characteristics of the created amplifiers outperform the similar charcteristics of amplifiers made in othe countries. New very sensitive receiver systems for spectral and VLBI observations at frequencies of 4.7 GHz, 22 GHz and 85-115 GHz were installed and tested at the radio telescope RT-22. Two spectrum analysers (filter-bank and Fourier spectrum analyser on the base of PC) were created. New model for simulation of the molecular emission from the outflows was developed.
