Methods: epidemiological, statistical, risk-analysis, mathematical modeling. Aim: Risk evaluation and prognosis of prevalent nontumor chronic diseases, qualitative estimation of radiation and nonradiation factors. Results: According to the SRU, in cohort of recovery operation workers 1986-1987 (110000 men), and in cohort of adult evacuees (27000 persons), increase in nontumor incidence rates was established (with highest rates in 1992 and 1998); peculiarities of nontumor incidence dynamics considering age, dose and sex were determined. According to CER, in cohort of recovery operation workers 1986-1987 (7450 men), and in cohort of adult evacuees at the moment of the accident (2674 persons), as well as in cohort of evacuees (according to the SRU), therewere established statistically significant radiation risks of the following diseases: neurological and mental disorders, cerebrovascular diseases, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, eye and ear diseases, acquired hypothyrosis, chronic bronchitis, urinary diseases etc. Statistically significant risks of the development of nontumor pathology caused by nonradiation factors (age, hereditary, unfavorable labour conditions, behavorable) were recorded. There were developed mathematical models for risk evaluation and prognosis of some nontumor pathologies among recovery operation workers dependent on dose, age at exposure and time since exposure. More exact risk estimates were obtained from analysis of combined effect of radiation and nonradiation factors. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
