The goal - to determine possible radiation-induced excess of cancer incidence in above mentioned population. Epidemiological, statistical and mathematical methods were used in this study. Comparative analysis of cancer incidence rate in different periods of time allowed to state theoretical points concerning existing reguliarities and to define forms and groups of malignancies needed to be estimated concerning radiotion risk. At present time only excess thyroid cancer incidence rate age group 0-15 (at the moment of accident) is a stochastic effect of irradiоn. There were develoved scientificly based proposals for improve of oncological care for persons affected due to the Chernobyl accident.
