The laboratoral rats, they organs, homogenats of tissues, suspension of celluls Aim: studing of the mechanisms of metabolyc disturbances in the case of a joint action of a low doses of an external and internal irradiation. Methods: radiometrical, hematological, biochemical, citofluorimetrical, polarographical, radioimmunological. Results:External irradiation in the dose of 0,5 Gy activated a compensatory mechanisms in the blood and in the tissues of intacted animals and of animals irradiated by incorporated cesium-137. With the use of external irradiation in the dose of 1,0 Gy activation of compensatory mechanisms eventuated on the background of the metabolic disturbances. Internal irradiation Cs-137 (1,85 MBq/kg) caused a decrease of a compensatory mechanisms of the blood, of the marrow and of the liver. It was shown that in the liver of rats irradiated by the dose of 0,5 Gy the action of compensatory mechanisms caused an increase of antioxidative and of energy potentials of hepatocytes and a decrease of the processes of a compensatory possibilities of the blood and of the marrow occured both - in the case of a sole influence of an internal irradiation and in the case of a joint action with an external irradiation (1,0 Gy). In the same conditions a disfunction of the hypothalamus-hypophysis-thyroid systems on the hypotalamus-hypophysis link was observed. Single dose (0,5 Gy) of external irradiation accelerated the elimination of Cs-137 from the rats organism, caused a decrease of the period of halfelimination and the engulfed dose of an internal irradiation. Conclusion: compensatory mechanisms which were established have a nonspecific character and appear as a result of high energy influence of an ionizing irradiation on biological membranes.
