The receiving of quantitative characteristics and qualitative measures by analysis and modelling atmospheric processes contributed to the weather anomalies in Ukraine are the aim of investigation. Weather analysis, mathematical modelling of meteorological processes, processing of meteorological data of various origin are the methods of investigation. Anomalous weather events observed at the Ukraine territory are analyzed. Quantitative energetic and hydrodynamic characteristics of synoptic processes are obtained and proposed as possible predictors for the conditions of its evolution. Synoptic conditions of initiation and climatic characteristics of the strong precipitation, low cloudiness, thunderstorms, squalls, total ozone content are investigated. Conditions of initiation for low-level jets are considered and mechanism of its interaction with inversion layer is described. Conception for the formation of low-level jets as flows of Couette and Poiseuille. Quantitative valuations for parameters and efficiency of objective analysis of atmospheric fronts are carried out.
