These children's development dynamics were traced. In the cases of nevrous system perinatal injury the babies and toddlers received rehabilitative therapy according to individual treatment protocols. The novelty of the study is that MRS metod was first employed in Ukraine to assay brain metabolites (NAA, Cho, Cr, In). MRS metods enables to define concretely the hypoxic ischemic fetus's brain injuries and forecast the degree of asphyxia in newborns. The theoretic importance of the study is that CNS injury mechanisms have been identified at the level of fetus's and toddlers' brain metabolites. Application of the state-of-the-art neurovisualization methods (MRT and MRS) in healt care practices would facilitate preventionof giving birth to babies with inborn development defects and perinatal CNS pathologies.
