The purpose of work - development and research of mortar pump with hydraulic drive, capable to provide the stable smoothly regulated submission on pipelines of lime-sandy and cement-sandy building mortars of the reduced mobility at the increased pressure and the reduced pulsation, and also stucco station of new generation with hydraulic drive and the rotary bunker-mixer and the device of filtering of the mortar, intended for the high-efficiency mechanized finished works in construction. During the accounting period (2002-2003 years) in laboratory and industrial conditions was investigated sample of differential mortar pump with hydraulic drive of the flowing piston. Its high technical and economic parameters are revealed. But also lack - faults in work was determined at pumping very rich mortars (OK 8 sm). As it was found out, the reason of them consists in very high elasticity of the rich solutions, caused by presence in them air-bladders. The advanced circuit of control by automatic work of a hydrodrive mortar pump, tolerant to elasticity pumping mortars was developed. On the basis of this circuit the sample of differential mortar pump with hydraulic drive RNG-4 which tests have confirmed good serviceability in time pumping mortars of any mobility is made.
