For purpose achievement the solving following tasks is provided:to synthesize new 2-sulphanylpyridins or pyridine-2-thiolates N-methylmorpholine which contain in the position 3 ethoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, arylcarbamoil or cyanogroup with interaction of derived acrylic acid with different CH-acids with the basis;To determine the mechanism of making of new substances with the help of isolation of their non-cyclic analogues;To study possible ways of further transformation of synthesized matters, particularly, the possibility to obtain on their basis condensed systems;In this research in the first time the possibilities of synthesis of 2-sulphanylpyridins with ethoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, arylcarbamoyl functions inthe position 3 and the ways of their further transformation are systematically studied. With the help of it the original, regioselective, simple and convenient methods of synthesis of functionally replaceable potentially biologically active 2-sulphanylpyridins and their derivatives which contain in the position 3 ethoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, arylcarbamoyl or cyanogroup. The structure of new substances is confirmed by the complex of physical and chemical methods in research, especially IR, 1H NMR and mass-spectroscopic, ultimate and X-ray-structural analysis.
