The purpose is the description of linguistic world picture as the whole of discourses of different types, elaboration of methodology and methods of discourse-analysis on the basics of achievements in Linguistics, Literature Studies, Cognitology, Linguistic Pragmatics, Psycholinguistics and Sociolinguistics. As a result of these researches the ethnocultural semantics of linguistic units is defined, the interaction of linguistic units and extralinguistic units is studied, the basic trends in Ukrainian Document Studies development, the peculiarities of their manifestation in literary process of Eastern Ukraine are determined, the attempt of description of internet communications is made, the serial of discourses in gender aspect is studied, the cognitive and discursive paradigm of phraseobuilding is formulated and described, the complex analysis of publicistic, political and rhetorical discourses is conducted. The novelty ofthis approach to the discourse description is in the formation of integral knowledge about the nature of this phenomenon, in integration of Linguistics and other humanitarian sciences, in elaboration of interpretative mechanism on the basis of "expanded" Linguistics. The degree of application: in the academic process of master's training "Theory and practice of modern speech communications" and teaching philological sciences in Higher Educational Establishments; in scientific work organization in Higher and Secondary Educational Establishments; in development of Linguocountry Studies where Ukrainian language can be the subject of studying by foreigners. The effectiveness of this theory is determined with using of obtained results during creation of manuals, methodical materials, vocabularies, dialectical atlases, Internet materials.
