The purpose is to compare wear-resistance of basic metal S&C elements depending on operation conditions, and to analyze experimentally vertical rolling trajectories on frogs to define track-rolling stock interaction forces. Research methods include experimental measuring and observing of S&C elements wear-resistens and vertical rolling trajectories on frogs, analytical calculations, statistics analysis and summarizing of results obtained. The research has resulted in establishing analytical dependences of frog rolling surface vertical wear on investigated S&C operational conditions. The outcome is the basis for determining of forecasting structure service life as well as principal mechanisms of forming vertical irregularities of reinforced concrete bearer frogs in order to establish average statistical vertical rolling trajectories with in frogs for determining track-rollingstock interaction forces. Novelty is that analytical dependences between frog rolling surface vertical wear and reinforced concrete bearer frog operation conditions have been established. The application field is Ukrainian railways track network. Efficiency is in establishing criteria and standards for fixing S&C structure service life to provide resource savings and rational approach to introducing reinforced bearer S&C.
