Using the model, it was shown that abolishment of all direct subsidies on production and indirect subsidies on goods allows 4.5% increase in households’ incomes and 12.3% GDP growth. Establishment of single tax rate on final demand for inputs used to produce export goods, alongside with no subsidies situation, allows 6.6% increase in national welfare compared to basic scenario and 22% growth of GDP.
