The advantages and disadvantages of software implementation of mathematical models (by means of different software environments) are demonstrated. The program system will be able to solve dynamic design and space motion problems of new high-speed railway specimens. The dependence of stress in the heated beam with sawcuts on the step of sawcuts is researched. The value of the sawcuts step which promotes for maximum decrease of longitudinal temperature forces is determined. The results may be used for creation of new continuous welded rail track. Computation procedure of a railway wheel stress analysis which takes into account vertical, lateral, brake forces and heat transfer under braking is developed.
