It was found that oral use of original succinate derivative - phensuccinal attenuated the development of metabolic syndrome, diabetic cardiopathy and nephropathy. The approbation of synthesis and producing technology of phensuccinal's medicine form has been performed in industrial conditions. Methods of synthesis of succinic acid derivatives, which contain the rests of steric load phenol and azoloazinic fragments, have been developed. Some of these compounds have been found to exhibit antidiabetic properties.
