Under supervision there were 435 pupils of 1-3 classes (6-10 years). The purpose of research: social - psychological and preventive optimization of adaptation of children in a modern elementary school for increase of efficiency of their educational activity, the prevention of deterioration of health. Determined are significant medical and biologic, social - psychological parameters of adaptation to educational activity of younger schoolboys in conditions of the combined influence of adverse factors of an environment. Influence of a condition health, physical, mental and social development of children on efficiency of their educational activity at a stage of an elementary school, feature of the organization of educational activity of younger schoolboys, features of the combined influence of adverse factors of educational activity of younger schoolboys on dynamics of their physical and social - psychological development is investigated.
