The aim of the work was to perfect the modern views on solvation, association, complex formation processes, on acidity in non-aqueous and water-organic media including organized solutions. The methods of investigation are potentiometry, spectrophotometry, and conductometry. The series of nine N-phenolates dyes was studied in order to reveal their ability to serve as solvatochromic/protolytic probes for studying of surfactant micells. The protolytic equilibria of twenty organic chromophoric reagents (acid-base indicators various classes) — sulfonephthaleins, hydroxyxanthenes, azo-comounds, at al. — in direct microemulsions benzene-pentanol-1-surfactant-water have been investigated. In the mixture aceton (25% wt.)-n-butylacetate, the association constants of tetra-n-butylammonium picrate was determined. The association of picrate ion with cations of various nature was studied. The solvation of ferri- and ferrocyanide ions in aqueous solutions was studied within temperature range of 278-333 R in order to reveal the correlation of thermodynamic characteristics of solvation with individual parameters of species and to obtain quantitatively estimates of contributions of interactions of various types. The comparative analysis of the water-acetonitrile solvent on thermodynamics of complex formation and solvation in systems (NH4+, Na+, K+)-18-crown-6 ether have been done. The concentration dependence of activity coefficients of zwitterions of beta-alanine, valine and glutamic acid have been determined in wide region of concentrations and ionic strengths at 298 K. Thermodynamic constants and standard thermodynamic functions of alpha-alanine dissociation with carboxylic and aminogroups have been determined in 80% wt propan-2-ol-water system at 278-328 K. The stability constants and Gibbs energy of complex formation of CuL+, CuL2, CuHL2+ (L=Gly) in ethanol-water mixtures containing 20, 40% wt. of alcohol have been determined at 308 as well as of CuL+ in 20% wt. ethanol-water mixture at 298-318 K. The results obtained can be recommended as reference data for application in physical chemistry of solutions, colloid chemistry biology and biochemistry, bioinformatics, photo- and analytical chemistry as well as in lecture courses of physical and colloid chemistry.
