Methods of researches - theory probabilistic-determined neuro-like of computing structures, theory of digital processing of signals, theory graph, theory of automatic control, methods of computer modeling of systems object-oriented designing on the basis of language C++. The result of scientific researches is the decision of the following tasks: - the correctness of a choice by most attractiveparadigm of construction of reliable, failure-safe and hardy systems of study of the information for computing and managing systems of real time is confirmed; -methods of transformation differential of the equations of digital filters to integer and integer-value to a kind for the first time are developed, that their granting in neuro-automton a network kind allows; -methods of realization нейро-автоматно network integer and integer-value of filters for the first time are developed; - methods of realization of algorithm of the proportional-differential law of regulation on neuro-automton network basis for the first time are developed; - methods of synthesis multilevel neuro-automton of a network regulator for regulation by dynamic object for the first time are developed, and the computer modelneuro-automton of a network proportionally differential regulator is developed; - the comparative modeling of two systems of regulation by unstable dynamic object closed by various regulators is executed: by a classical digital regulator, and multilevel neuro-automton by a network regulator for confirmation of reliability of the received scientific and technical results.
