The program contained the general scheme of laying of experimental plots on the area of technogenic landscape, technique of mapping of terrain, geobotanical descriptions, research morphological, physical, physico-chemical and biotic properties of soils. The frequency of realization of observations and sampling for analytical researches is offered. The necessity of mapping of a vegetative and edaphic cover to scale 1:500 is reasonable. The approbation of a technique of management of scientific monitoring of soils and plant cover was carried out on model objects Yavorivske enterprises "Sulfur" (Lviv region) and showed their results.
