It was proved that menstrual function disorders in adolescents in 50 % of the cases were connected with diurnal rhythm disturbances of gonadotropin secretion. It was established that in pubertal age a decrease in the level of blood serum prolactin plays an important role in secondary amenorrhea pathogenesis. It was revealed that one of the pathogenic links of sexual system function disorders in the period of its formation may be represented by a nonphysiologic correlation of active and inactive estrogen fractions .Pronostically signibicant favourable and unfavourable factors affecting the effectivity of hormonal and nonhormonal treatment methods in various clinical variants of menstrual funetion disorders were determined. Draft procedures for examination and treatment of adolescent girls with menstrual function disorders at different stages of rendering specialised aid were worked out. The necessity of a truly individual approach to the choice of treatment method and to observance of the stages of the treatment considering the character of concomitant extragenital pathology, age of the patient and prognostically significant factors was proved.Effectivity. Individually selected treatment courses make it possible to rise the effectivity of treatment up to 83-92 %, and stability of the treatment effect is achieved by repeating rehabilitating treatment courses within at least 6 months.
