Aim of the work: Study of role of maternal neuropeptides and glucocorticoids in realisation of pathogenic effect of prenatal stress on neuroendocrine control of reproduction and adaptation in the offsprings. Methods and apparatus: physiological, biochemical, morphological; spectrofluorometer, (-spectrometer, microscope, apparatus for gel electrophoresis, computer, lazer scanner, low temperature refrigerator. The results and their novelty: The modifying effect of antenatal glucocorticoids on GABAergic hippocampal system, stress- and noradrenergic reactivity of hipothalamus-pituitary-adrenocortical axis and morphological characteristics of sex-dimorphic brain areas were found. The preventive effect of prenatal dexamethasone and opiate receptors blocker on stress-induced disturbances of androgen metabolism and catecholamine content in the discrete brain structures was realised for the first time. The data obtained prove the role of hormonal and neuropeptide factors in pathogenesis of the prenatal stress syndrome, and should be used for the basis of its prophylaxis. Degree of implementation: scientific papers and reports. Field of application: endocrinology, pediatrics, gynecology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
