Methods of researches: microbiological, biochemical. Relationships between P.syringae and E.amylovora in vitro and in vivo for the first time are researched. It was detected, that the strains P.syringae have antagonistic properties to E.amylovora strains. In laboratory conditions there was shown competition for nutritious substances between the strains P.syringae and E.amylovora at their joint cultivation on nutrient mediums. At a joint injection in plants the signs of development of disease strengthen. It was detected, that the accumulation of cells of E.amylovora dominates in plants. Use in agriculture.
