Studies of the structure and electrophysical properties of silicon single-crystals, melted out by the method of electron beam zone melting by these variants of the technology, have been perfomed. Scientifical substantiation has been made and designs of equipment has bee developed: 1)for conducting scientific experements and technological work, both without the operator goung into the open space, and outside the International Space Station; 2) for sdudying the process of crystallization at microgravity by the method of direct observation; 3) for restoration of film thermoregulating and decorative coatings; 4)for hybrid welding processes, namely laser beam and plasma arc.
