Research purpose - creation of new types of gradient fibers, which have oversizes cross-section, extended frequency range of single mode, diminished nonzero dispersion, with the purpose of updating existing and organization architecture of new optical fiber links of communication in Ukraine. Research method - synthesis method of single-mode graded-index fiber optical waveguides. Theoretical and practical results -is obtained models with new types of graded-index fibers. The results are defining for improvement of characteristics of existing communication lines of Ukraine and creation new, using fiber-optic transmission system (FOTS) with a wavelength-division multiplexing, FOTS with soliton mode of propagation ultrashort of optical pulses, which have a series of advantages comparatively with normal communication lines. Novelty - is developed for the first time. Efficiency - the characteristics of communication lines of Ukraine are improved. Scope - communication brunch.
