YIG-based epitaxial films with diameter 76.2 mm, thickness ranged from 5 to 39 mkm and saturation magnetization 700 -1750 G have been jointly grown with Chinese specialists of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, PRC using the partners' raw materials. A comparative investigation of the grown film samples has been carried out. The results of joint examinations are presented in final scientific report.
