The method proved to be fast, reliable and sensitive in the range of 0,6-15,0 g/l, covering the concentration range of fibrinogen at different pathologies. For the derection of bacterial toxins two immune sensors on the SPR effect have been developed. The sensibility of these immune sensors is 20 ng/ml - for a whooping-cough toxin, 1 mkg/ml -for a diphtheria toxin. For the detekction of antibodies to diphteria and whooping-cough toxins immune sensors on the SPR effect have been developed with sensibility 107 mkg/ml and 69,3 mkg/ml, respectively.
